About
I am passionate for results, transformation
and creativity. The ability to rethink, reimagine and perform optimally for growth and achievement, even in times of adversity and uncertainty, is what excites me about what I do.
Background: From Stage to Coaching

My first career began in the Performing arts. For over a decade, I performed internationally as a professional dancer in both classical and contemporary repertoires, working across major European companies.
That experience shaped my understanding of the unique pressures creative people face, the constant tension between creative vision and external demands, between personal standards and public expectation. It also revealed how easily self-worth can become tied to output, and how vital it is to cultivate clarity, confidence, and sustainable ways of working.
These lessons continue to inform my approach as a performance coach for creative founders, helping others navigate complexity, lead with intention, and stay connected to what matters most in their work.
Philosophy: Coaching Designed for Creative Minds
At PCL, I help creative founders move from reactive management to intentional leadership, from creative chaos to strategic systems, and from founder dependency to scalable success.
What makes this approach unique is an understanding of how creative minds think and perform. The way you process information, make decisions, and adapt to change demands a coaching method that honours your creativity while building structure and strength.
Every engagement is personalised, adaptive, iterative, and tailored to your circumstances. There are no cookie-cutter frameworks here. Instead, I design systems that complement your natural thinking patterns, helping you align creativity with strategy and vision with execution.
Experience & Credentials: Evidence Meets Experience
After retiring from performance and returning to Australia, I focused on understanding what helps people grow, adapt, and thrive under pressure. Attending the University of Sydney, I studied the fields of:
-
Leadership Development
-
Positive Psychology
-
Peak Performance
-
Conflict Resolution
-
Positive Organisations
I am a trained and qualified coach holding Master’s degrees in Coaching Psychology and Conflict Resolution, as well as a Bachelor's in Culture studies and qualification in counselling. In 2010, I was awarded membership to the Golden Key International Honour Society for academic excellence. I blend evidence-based coaching with my experience in elite performance to support creative founders in the pursuit of their goals.
From 2022 to 2025, I was Head of Performance Coaching & Development for a major cultural institution in the UK, supporting artists to develop the tools, mindsets, and habits that enhance performance, wellbeing, and sustainable success.
